I have experienced some problems with racking on Glocks
I can just about rack my 26
How hard in comparison is it to rack a 43?

Also, instead of trying to pull the slide back, think about pushing the frame forward while you’re holding the slide. It’s actually way easier because it lets you use those bigger muscles.

If racking is still an issue, it might be time to check out some alternatives. The Glock 42 in .380 is worth a look, as well as the EZ-series from S&W. These guns are specifically made to make slide manipulation a lot easier.

I have a S&W Equalizer, it's my wife's, great 9mm easy to rack fun to shoot, but I really wanted to use my G26...
I thought maybe there was a spring? change or something that would help
I did put "handle" on the back of the slide, that helps a bit...

Glock Store in Tenn. has different spring sets for Glocks. I use them for a variety of items. I run captured spring sets for Glock Gen 3 with different poundage depending on the load I am shooting. Easy to rack.
