Squirrel gumbo served over rice is also excellent table fare.

Here's a few pictures of a good day down on the Slough. Thats my squirrel hunting buddy Henry or Slough Dog. The usually drops the squirrels at my feet. This day he decided to leave my down by the Slough and go trade the squirrel to "Mommy" for dang ole milk bone.
I do my squirrel hunting with my .32 percussion, my little CVA Brittany double barrel .410 or my .32 SMR.
