Pretty sure that setup is not legal.
You can carry a loaded firearm in your vehicle for self-defense, as long as it is not "readily accessible". They have defined readily accessible as --
In the glove compartment, whether it is locked or unlocked.
In a box with a lid, and they have decided that a zippered pistol rug qualifies as a box with a lid. Notice, it does not say the lid has to be closed or the rug has to be zipped. Just has to be in one.
And lastly - snapped in a holster. I don't see a snap on that thing.
