What's on your Thanksgiving table?

Happy Thanksgiving to all! This year, I'm celebrating with some of my Filipino friends, which means I get to enjoy some of their fantastic food along with the turkey(ofc). We're feasting on pork barbecue, creamy carbonara, pork siomai, mashed potatoes, a variety of vegetables, crispy calamares, and ham.

Brother and his wife brought some, Nephew and his wife brought some. (Both my boys work in the medical field and getting off for the holidays is a matter of seniority, which they don't have). Neice made a green bean casserole which is really good. Wife made her famous turkey. (Puts 2 sticks of butter and a can of frozen apple juice under the skin before the roaster. Always great. The wife is battling nonalcoholic Saroses so none of SILs rum cake.
