Anyone dealt with Palmetto State Armory?

I have been poking around online looking for a revolver for the wife and kept landing on Palmetto State Armory. Their pricing is hard to argue with and genuinely some of the best I've come across in my search so far. What's got me doing a double take though is they're running a rebate on it. A rebate???? On a gun...That's the first time I've seen that done, has anyone else come across that before?

I am still on the fence while I figure out if the rebate is worth factoring in but one thing worth knowing before you get too excited browsing their site is that they ship to most of the country but Massachusetts and D.C. get nothing at all and a handful of states like California, New York, New Jersey, Maryland and Connecticut have their own specific restrictions depending on what you're buying. So it is worth checking their shipping page before you fall in love with something.

I have bought several firearms as well as other items. I have been satisfied with the service and the price is usually the lowest around. As to shipping policy, that is mandated by those states, not something PSA can control!

PSA +1, pushing 20+ years

Need more info on this rebate thing.
1. It's a rebate on a gun? new?
2. Is the rebate from PSA or the OEM?
3. Is it a mail in rebate?

I've had nothing but good experiences with PSA. In fact, I recently ordered some CZ 82s. All of them were in really nice condition, and 2 were consecutive serial numbers.

Bought several uppers and lowers, no complaints. Don't expect high end, but quality is more than adequate.
