Looks like the lawsuit made the ban on open carry illegal!

I saw this message from the sheriff of Osceola on FB.

Just because the Osceola County sheriff's department will not arrest you for open carry does not mean that the Kissimmee police department will not arrest you for open carry.

I plan on waiting for the law to be written down in the statute books saying that open carry is legal.

I guess open carry is a win as far as the 2nd Amendment, but I'd never open carry. I like people not knowing I'm armed. Surprise can be a good thing!

I can just imagine the bone heads walking around Publix or Walmart with a AR or AK slung over their shoulder.

Just checked and Flagler County is good to go with open carry as of right now.

I called my local sheriff's office to get their take, the deputy told me they will prosecute anyone open carrying a firearm. Gotta love the libtards
