Looks like the lawsuit made the ban on open carry illegal!

I saw this message from the sheriff of Osceola on FB.

Just because the Osceola County sheriff's department will not arrest you for open carry does not mean that the Kissimmee police department will not arrest you for open carry.

I plan on waiting for the law to be written down in the statute books saying that open carry is legal.
