What’s Your Bedroom Gun?

Hey everyone, I'm curious to know what firearm you keep by your bedside for home defense. Do you prefer something compact and easy to access, or do you have more of a full-size setup with lights and safes?

We have a small farm in a rural part of the state.
My main "home defense" would be for predators after our laying hens. For that, leaning up against the wall at the head of the bed is a Stoeger Uplander 20 ga SXS double barrel shotgun. For some reason these things usually happen around 2:00 AM.

And, although I'll most likely never need it there's a S&W Model 15 Combat Masterpiece .38 Special under my pillow.
I got used to sleeping with my M16 in Vietnam, have slept with some kind of gun ever since.

Ex-cop 12 ga. Mossberg 500A 18.5in under the mattress for me. So far it's worked great on raccoons attempting to stage attacks on our chickens.

I keep a old Winchester 18" 1200 leaning against the bed, and my everyday carry pistol on the table at night. There could be a 7.5" AR pistol leaning against a dresser near by too.

I have a small quick access safe next to my bed that contains a few options, but my FN FNX-45 with a weapon light is what I consider my home defense handgun...16 rounds of 45 ACP.

I keep a S&W M&P full size .45 with attached Streamlight laser/light combo and a spare 10 round magazine in my nightstand. I open the drawer when I go to bed nightly for quick access.
