This would be most great, but I wonder what a jury would think about having it as a bedside gun?

If I have a Jury in Bedroom… I have a lot Bigger Problems that i Thought.

We have a small farm in a rural part of the state.
My main "home defense" would be for predators after our laying hens. For that, leaning up against the wall at the head of the bed is a Stoeger Uplander 20 ga SXS double barrel shotgun. For some reason these things usually happen around 2:00 AM.

And, although I'll most likely never need it there's a S&W Model 15 Combat Masterpiece .38 Special under my pillow.
I got used to sleeping with my M16 in Vietnam, have slept with some kind of gun ever since.

I'd rather sleep with Mrs DAKA...She has a Mod 60 in her night stand,,,and she's a light sleeper, 2 "barkers" help
She's also a much better "shot" than I am (that's embarrasing to say)
