When does "night" start to feel like "late night" for you?

My normal sleeping hours were from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM. I've always liked working second and third shift. My last job was 6:00 PM till 2:00 AM. It was nice having the house to myself for a couple hours before going to bed.

After getting divorced and forced into disability retirement at 50. I usually go to bed around 2:30 AM, and wake up around 10.

When I go to bed I'm honestly asleep before 60 seconds can pass. Usually wake up once for a bathroom trip, then right back to sleep.

On the average - 9 pm to 5 am. Some 15+ yrs ago I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, so I have to sleep with a mask on. This issue has a link to heart disease, so I take sleeping seriously. I have been know to alter my sleeping habits during deer season and college football season (Go Dawgs), but I still try to log 8 hours of good sleep. My breathing machine has an App that tracks the quality of my sleeping periods, meaning - deep sleep, core, & RIM, etc. So, all sleep is not necessarily good sleep....
