Gun problems and how did you solve it?

What kind of problems have you experienced with your firearms, and what solutions did you find that worked?

I've rarely had an issue with my guns. The only thing that comes to mind was a Sig P938 that would occasionally drop its magazine when firing. The issue was actually a design problem within the mag catch blade. Sig provided a "band-aid" stronger spring fix and ultimately redesigned the blade after some time. Only other issue I remember was cosmetic on my Sig P365 barrel. Sig replaced it. So for me, returning the gun to the manufacturer has taken care of the minor problems I have had.
